Our cleaners will undertake a Rapid Antigen Test prior to commencement of cleaning and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
Cleaners cannot enter a room for cleaning while the person in isolation of quarantine is in the room.
Before our cleaners can enter the premises for cleaning, a minimum of 90 minutes must have elapsed after the person in isolation or quarantine has left the property. This will ensure any droplets have settled.
We ask that all necessary keys to windows, screens and doors be available for cleaners to open windows and doors as these need to remain open whilst cleaning is being carried out.
A Really Clean DEEP Sanitisation clean includes cleaning and sanitizing everything listed below! We use a commercial grade disinfectant and other quality chemicals to deep clean all areas of your home.
Windows and Glass inside (and out where safe to do so) including sills, frames & tracks.
Screens are damp wiped and window coverings e.g. vertical, Venetian and Holland blinds and plantation shutters are damp wiped. Curtains are shaken and sprayed with a surface disinfectant.
Ceiling cornices are cleaned to remove cobwebs and spiders etc.
Skirting-boards and tops of wet area tiles are damp wiped .
Light fittings are cleaned (where possible) to remove dead bugs.
Air-conditioning units (including filters) are cleaned and filters are sprayed with a surface disinfectant.
Ceiling and exhaust fans are cleaned.
Walls - spot cleaned throughout. *(Wall washing service available if required, please ask for a quote)*

Switch plates - (light switches, power points, TV aerial connections & intercoms. Remote control units (hand-held and fixed) are cleaned and sanitised.
Doors & handles - internal and exterior doors, door handles and surrounds are cleaned and sanitised.
Bathrooms - Sanitised and thoroughly cleaned: Shower screens, bath tubs, sinks, drain holes, mirrors, tops of skirting tiles and all cabinetry inside and out. Tap-ware and fixtures - buffed to shine.
Toilet/s - Sanitised and cleaned inside, outside and behind (including seats & fixtures).
Laundry - Sanitise tubs, sink/s, drain holes, the exterior of cabinetry, clean and shine tap-ware & hardware.
Kitchen - the exterior of cupboards and drawers are cleaned as is underneath wall cupboards.
Oven, stove top and range hood (including filters), dishwasher (including filters and under door shelf).
Cabinetry kick boards and splash backs are cleaned and sanitised.
All floors (including corners) and stairs where applicable, are cleaned by vacuuming, sweeping and washing hard floors throughout with methylated spirit and hot water.
Outdoors - balconies, outdoor entertainment areas: sweep and wash tiles/decking (Pressure cleaning extra, please ask for a quote), remove cobwebs and wipe over timber or steel balustrades. (Glass balustrades extra, please ask for a quote)
Garage - sweep, spot clean walls, clean windows & tracks (if applicable) and remove cobwebs. (Garage floor pressure cleaning extra, please ask for a quote)
Front entrance - door/s, window/s, light fitting at front door, sweep and remove cobwebs.
Please note: we do not remove insect nests due to WH&S responsibilities.
Please kindly ensure the *property is empty and power is connected* on the day of your clean.
All frequently handled items in the accommodation or household such as remote controls, air conditioning controls, light switches, door
handles and drawer/cupboard handles will be thoroughly cleaned.
Soft furnishings such as lounges, chairs and bedheads will be vacuumed and sprayed with antiseptic. If more intensive cleaning is necessary, steam cleaning may be required. We will advise you if this is necessary once on-site.
Once each room has been cleaned, it will be sprayed with a misting disinfectant agent.
